Items you will need to start a successful plan

1) Readiness to become healthier and lose those extra lbs.
2) Self control
3) A scale (digital or regular as long as it does oz)
4) Measuring cups
5) Bags or Containers to distribute food for fast access and/or snacks



Below are examples I use regularly. I do prefer the digital scale, they are more accurate.

I started with this scale $6 at walmart

Great for making up snacks for quick access or carry along.
